In this day and age we realize the impact of having an entire catalog accessible online effects the success of the collection you can carry in your store. In addition to one-of-a-kind designs available for wholesale, we also offer our retail partners the ability to customize a collection completely unique to your business needs. If you have a stone color in mind that you don't see listed in our catalog, let us know we would love to bring your vision to life. We also occasionally launch exclusive wholesale only designs to further support this mutually beneficial business model.
What metals do you work with? What is fairmined gold?
All our jewelry is made with the most ethical and eco-friendly metals. We use Fairmined for 100% of our castings, wire and chains. For anything we can't source in Fairmined gold we rely on recycled gold. A few small speciality components like earring backs have to be conventional gold. We pride ourselves on working with Fairmined gold because it is leading industry choice when it comes to sustainable and ethical standards. I work in 14K yellow gold, 14k rose gold and 14k white gold. 18K golds available on request.
What types of stones do you work with?
We specializing in sourcing precious gemstones from suppliers that have strict ethical requirements that go beyond "conflict-free". For diamonds we work with Lab Grown Diamonds, Certified Recycled Diamonds, Artisanal Small Scale Mine (ASM) Diamonds. We do not rely on the Kimberly Process when sourcing gemstones. Most of our collection is designed with sapphires, diamonds, or rubies. We also occasionally work with opals, and moonstones.
Conscientious DesignValley Rose Jewelry is made by hand in Sonoma County. Our unique design process allows us to create objects of lasting value with minimal environmental impact. All of the wax carving and design work is done by Brittany who then works with a small Sonoma County production team to cast, stone set and finish the jewelry.
Valley Rose regularly participates in charitable efforts both locally and globally. Our causes include: BIPOC, women’s rights, animal rights, and environmental protection.
At the heart of our business is our environmental commitment. We now donate at least 1% of sales to plant trees in North America through onetreeplanted.org.
Create your wholesale order by adding items to the cart and to place the order click the "CHECKOUT" button in the cart. In the next checkout screen under payment section select "Pay When Complete". This will allow you to submit the order but skip the payment until the order is ready to ship. A separate invoice will be emailed to the email on file for the order when the order is ready to ship.
Invoices can be paid by ACH or credit card with. additional 3% transaction fee. Orders will be shipped after payment has cleared. Net 30 option available after the 3rd reorder with approval.
All pieces are made to order and guaranteed for quality craftsmanship. Returns are not accepted unless items arrived damaged and are reported within 7 days of receiving order, in which case a replacement will be provided. Once an order is placed, you have 3 days to cancel. After, that the order cannot be cancelled without incurring a 30% re-stocking fee.

Orders under $2,000 are shipped via USPS First Class Package Services (2-5 Day), orders $2,000+ are shipped via UPS 3 day. All shipments are fully insured.

I love working on custom jewelry commissions, I would be happy to collaborate on any bridal, engagement or special occasion jewelry pieces that your customers need. My minimum for wholesale customs is $6,000 retail ($3,000 wholesale).
We make our jewelry to last and stand behind every piece. If in the unfortunate event your Valley Rose jewel has and accident and breaks we will gladly repair or tune it up for the cost of shipping.
Clean jewelry with warm water, a drop of mild detergent and a soft brush.
Precious Gemstones & Metals:Clean with an ultrasonic cleaner.
Pieces with Opal, Coral, Pearl or Turquoise: Never use an ultrasonic cleaner. Avoid harsh temperatures, chemicals and solvents.
Always store in a jewelry box.
